COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS ON STAGE
Valerie Ferdinands and Chef Dylan
Valerie is no stranger to spice, being of Indian heritage. She and daughter, Courtney, made it to the finals of MKR in 2017. Valerie is still passionate about food and especially chillies, and creates delicious food for her own family and lucky patrons at the New Farm Bistro.
Valerie adds her ethnic foodie touch to the proceedings and the pair will surely entertain patrons with their banter.
Chef Dylan has over 20 years of cooking experience under his belt, having traversed the globe discovering new tastes. Struggling to find ingredients he valued for purity and sustainability, Dylan created his own natural gourmet range with global flavours that pay homage to their cultures. Dylan’s business also has a philanthropic angle, supporting disadvantaged youth in their queset to become entrepreneurs in business. Read more about Dylan and his passions here.
