It’s a challenging time for event organisers everywhere in the world, so we are grateful for the financial sponsorship of Logan City Council for this year’s event.
Whilst plans were mooted for a two day event in 2021, given the vagaries of Covid-19 and its potential effect on events, organisers are playing it safe with a one day event.
The venue this year is the front oval of Hills International College at Jimboomba. With plenty of room to spread out, we’re looking forward to a successful event and, short of a total lockdown, being able to weather any space restrictions which might be imposed upon us.
Chillogan Festival is now in its fourth year, having weathered the storms of 2020 and proving it has what it takes to survive.
Scarlett Habanero, festival organiser of My Chilli Festival, is also re-branding her successful Briz Chilli Fest to become an annual Halloween event. It’s a world first combining spooky and spicy.
For more information about the event, visit the website, or Facebook or Instagram pages.
We are always looking for more community engagement so please get in touch via email if you’re part of the Jimboomba community and would like to showcase what your community group does.
