Get ready for a scorching debut at the Swan Settlers Market on January 27th and 28th! We are thrilled to announce the first-ever “Chilli in the Valley” festival, promising a weekend filled with spice, flavour, and fiery fun.

Our fantastic inaugural event is co-hosted by the one and only, Bluey Zarzov’s Hotsauce.

What to Expect:

Hot Sauce Extravaganza:
Taste your way through our function room, where the finest hot sauce producers & all things chilli will showcase their creations in a symphony of heat and flavour.

Spicy Beats:
Groove to our specially curated spicy music playlist, plus live music by Brandon Gray!

Family Fun:
Join us for family-friendly activities, including a kids’ colouring table & FREE face painting!

Photo Opportunities:
Capture the excitement at various photo stations and share the experience of Chilli in the Valley with friends and family. Tag yourself to show how hot you really are!

Chilli Food & Drink:
Indulge in a variety of chili-infused culinary delights and quench your thirst with Chilli drinks like Sin Gin’s Wrath.

Chilli Competitions:
– Saturday 2 pm: Hotshots Competition
Test your taste buds and heat tolerance in our Hotshots competition. Beat the competition and become the hotsauce winner!
– Sunday 2 pm: Chilli Eating Competition
Take on the best chilli challengers for your chance to win. Can you handle the heat and outlast the rest to gain glory and victory?

First place in each comp wins the grand prize of $200 market dollars, a Swan Settlers Hamper, and the prestigious Chilli in the Valley trophy. And of course, there are consolation prizes!

Competitions are only open to 10 contestants over 18 so please register quickly.
