Briz Chilli Fest Halloween

Chillogan Chilli and Rum Festival 2024

Sunday 2nd June, 2024

11am to 7pm

We have rebranded to become even more fun in 2024!

Our event has also found a fabulous new home!

The Vietnam Veterans & Veterans Social Motorcycle Club at Kingston is a spacious venue with green areas and hardstand, stages and a fully-equipped undercover bar area.

With this great infrastructure in place, organisers can focus on putting together a cracker of a program of entertainment for the day.

We are donating $1.00 from each ticket to support the work of Springwood RSL Sub-Branch who tend to Veterans in the Logan area who are experiencing homeless and related circumstances.

See you there Logan!

WHO ARE THE YUGAMBEH LANGUAGE PEOPLE?

The Yugambeh language people are the traditional custodians of the country located in south-east Queensland and north-east New South Wales, now within the Logan CityGold CoastScenic Rim, and Tweed City regions whose ancestors all spoke one or more dialects of the Yugambeh Language.

WHAT DO WE DO?

The Yugambeh Museum, Language and Heritage Research Centre aims to record and promote the traditional knowledge of our region.

We work with and bring the community together through many initiatives centred around cultural and educational exchange, so that future generations have the opportunity to embrace our language, hear our stories and truly connect with their Indigenous legacy as a relevant part of their today and tomorrow.
