The Entertainment Quarter Market Canopy is an all-weather facility, purpose-built for events and markets.
The Market Canopy will come alive with crazy chilli fun as My Chilli Festival brings its brand of hot fun to the first ever fully-fledged chilli festival in Sydney.
Online Admission Prices include GST but not the Humanitix booking fees.
$25 adult, includes chilli plant.
Concessions: $20.
Kids 14 years and under – FREE.

CHILLI CHALLENGES
For the bravehearts, a choice of four chilli challenges to set the stage on fire!
Flaming Fudge Challenge: Mind-blowing carolina reaper fudge by Fudging Mad will sort out the who’s who of chilli challengers!
Fiery Pods Challenge – Work through a series of fresh chilli fruit pods and eries and finish up with chilli extract – the last man/woman standing crowned the winner!
Volcanic Wing Challenge- Yes you know it! Deliciously super-charged wings become a contestant’s worst Wing Nightmare
Great Balls of Fire Challenge – Rob Dunn prepares his painful bullets of pure evil for those who dare!

Our food vendors have a mandate to provide at least four chilli-themed offerings. Even our cold drinks and desserts will provide some chilli-themed fun

FOR THE KIDS
Our family-friendly festival offers activities forall ages. Kids can enjoy the animal nursery, guided pony rides, face-painting,, craft corner and simple sideshows. Because we don’t charge an admission fee for kids, our suppliers reserve the right to charge fees for their services.
LIVE MUSIC
Great live music is always peppered in between the chilli challenges on stage. Once again, we have the guitar maestro, Sean Mullen, gracing our stage to perform his Satriani Tribute. Missy Vader and the Dark Force will pump out some hot rock tunes as well.
AFTERBURN BAR
Relax in our chilli-themed bar and enjoy a selection of chilli cocktails, chilli beer, chilli sangria, as well as regular beverages.
We’ll even have some French Champagne on hand for the luxe lovers!

Parking at The Entertainment Quarter is easy with the EQ Carpark. It offers 2000 car spaces, and a max. vehicle height of 2.1m. You can also have your car washed and detailed while you’re out and about. For more information on car parking at EQ including rates, opening hours or make a booking, click here

Public Transport
The Entertainment Quarter is located at 122 Lang Road, Moore Park NSW 2010 (next to the Sydney Cricket Ground) and is open everyday. There are plenty of ways to get to The EQ that are easy and convenient from all parts of Sydney.
Catch the Light Rail
Catch a light rail service to Moore Park on the L2 Randwick Line or L3 Kingsford Line to get within a short walking distance of EQ. The Moore Park stop is located on Anzac Parade just north of Lang Road. Services run every 5 to 10 minutes between Circular Quay and Moore Park, and every 10 to 15 minutes between Moore Park and Randwick or Juniors Kingsford, from 5am until 1am daily.
Catch the bus:
There are a number of a regular route buses that stop along Anzac Parade, Oxford Street and other nearby roads within short walking distance of EQ. Use the Trip Planner at transportnsw.info to plan your trip by bus.
Taxi
The Entertainment Quarter operates a managed taxi rank within the site from Errol Flynn Boulevard.
It’s about a 25 minute walk from Central Station to EQ via Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter walkway.
