The Sydney Superhot is shaping up to be a great day for chilli lovers in the State of NSW!

Over 21 makers of all manner of chilli goodies have stumped up to be in “Hellfire Alley” on Sunday 18th May, 2025, at the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park.

Among the vendors are:

Scoville Slayer, Mind Maze Hot Sauce, Hot Sauce Emporium, 28 States Co, Grumpy Gary’s, Theory Produce,  SSB Chilli, Sur Direct, Old Bones Chilli Co, The Chilli Love Co,  The Fermentalists, Alsa Fine Food Ingredients, Bob & Brian’s Sauces, Flare 2 Fire,  BC Jerky, Hill Billy Honey, Coast of Gold, Ziggy’s Wildfoods, GI Gourmet Nuts, Australian Extreme Chill Co, Gods of Sauces, Khou Shui Chilli Sauce and Scoville Slayer.

“It’s humbling to think that all these producers believe in this first-time chilli event,” said organiser, Scarlett Habanero.

Scarlett is no stranger to chilli festivals, having produced 10 festivals in her home state of Queensland since 2018, in Brisbane, Logan and Ipswich.

“We’re excited to be holding our event at the wonderful Market Canopy at the Entertainment Quarter.  It’s purpose-built for events and makes life very easy for event organisers,” said Ms Habanero.

Our events are family-friendly and pet-friendly and also seek to engage community groups into the program.

We have dance schools, a dog behaviourist, and Sydney Uni Cheer group to cheer on our brave competitors in the four chilli challenge throughout the day.
