How exciting!  We decided we needed to move past the confusion of another similarly named festival happening in Parramatta, so of course we get on the front foot and re-brand to something super!

When people ask which chilli fest, the answer is easy – THE SUPERHOT!

Held at the weather-proof Market Canopy of the Entertainment Quarter on Sunday 12th March 2023, already dozens of vendors have signed up to what’s undoubtedly the only central Sydney chilli festival to take place in decades.

Hellfire Alley is where you’ll taste dozens of vendors’ products.  Centre stage will feature four chilli challenges. Great live music is always a feature of My Chilli Festival events across Australia and uber-talented guitarist, Sean Mullen, will be gracing the stage with his virtuosic skill, featuring snippets from his Satriani Tribute Show. 

Sandra Beynon Vocalist will also pop up throughout the day to accompany Mullen.

But this festival is about chillies!! So, let’s stick with the program and showcase what surely is one of the most-loved spices in the world.
